The starter program is for those of you who have tried a ton of diets and are just not sure if anything will work to help you end your struggle with food and your body. I will get you started on the path to Mindful Eating so you can see for yourself how it can change your relationship with food and your body.
When you decide to upgrade to the full program, this fee will be applied to cost.

If you are exhausted by the thought of starting one more diet, and are ready to commit to a full Mindful Eating learning and growing process, this is the package for you!
In this 8-16 week package, I will walk with you through your journey to mindful eating and guide you to a healthy relationship with food and your body!

Group workshops are a great way to introduce Mindful eating to your social or professional group.
My workshops are customized for your group’s needs.
