Path to Mindful Eating: FULL PROGRAM
If you are exhausted by the thought of starting one more diet, and are ready to commit to a full Mindful Eating learning and growing process, this is the package for you.
In this 16 week package, I will walk with you through your journey to mindful eating and guide you to a healthy relationship with food and your body.
